Medical Weight Loss Program

Initial Appointment - $189

Includes: 1st month on program

· First appointment with medical weight loss provider to form plan, prescription (45min)

· Follow-up appointment with nutrition coach to stay on track (15min.)

· 2 nurse check-ins to stay accountable (10min.)

· 1st lipo (fat burning) injection

2nd Month until you REACH YOUR GOAL! - $109 (includes all patients already seen)

Includes:

· Appointment with weight loss expert (RX refill if needed)

· Appointment with nutrition coach

· 2 nurse visits (weights/measurements)

Maintenance – after meeting your weight loss goal, check in every 4-8 weeks to stay accountable or as needed seeing provider - $75

The program can be done with in-person visits or over telehealth. 

The program is designed to maximize you reaching your goal as safely and quickly as possible. Accountability and Consistency are key to success!
